Course Objectives: 

This course aim to becoming familiar with primary education settings, young children and primary education teaching as a profession. 

Course Learning Outcomes: 

By the end of the course students will be able to:

  1. Refine the instructional strategies used with staff to promote student learning outcomes.
  2. Promote higher levels of teacher innovation modeled at the operational curriculum level.
  3. Conduct clinical observations of classroom practices using the appropriate frameworks.
  4. Diagnose and prescribe differentiated professional development based on individual instructional needs.
  5. Conclude the individual needs of the primary/early childhood  students in the learning environment.
  6. Identify the factors whch influence the selection of appropriate observation techniques to work with primary students/early childhood
