Course Objectives: 

The focus of this course is to give information on the basic principles that underlie Turkish education system. The course also offers details regarding the organization of ministery schools.

At the end of this course, students will be able to:

1. define basic laws which lay the foundation of Turkish Education System,

2. explain central, rural and overseas organization of MoE.

3. summarize teaching levels in Turkish Education System,

4. classify labor force, physical-technological-financial sources in Turkish Education System.

5. relate attempts made for reform and innovation in Turkish Education System with organization-management theories and processes,

6. distinguish affairs related to management of human source; personnel affairs of students, education and school administration,
