Course Objectives:
This course serves as an overview of the tools, methods and processes that are required to develop and analyze business strategy of an organization. From the perspective of top-level management, organization’s resources and competences are identified. Given those facts and the macro environmental conditions, suitable business strategies are discussed.
Software Usage:
Students will use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) to work on their weekly assignments about 2 hours a week.
