Preparing data collection tools, adapting and considering field and ethical issues when applying the prepared tools. Validity and reliability of qualitative and quantitative data collection tools. 4. farklı yaş gruplarıyla, farklı ortamlarda, farklı bilgi kaynakları kullanarak çeşitli değerlendirme araçları geliştirir.
5. ölçme-değerlendirmenin eğitim alanında kullanımını örnekler.
